Your Worth to your Boss

                    

You are probably not worth what your union says you are. You’re actually worth what you produce on the job.

                       

This may even be more than the pay the union demands you get, but often, union demands exceed what you produce for your employer or the consumer. Your pay may be only at the expense of the consumer the job serves.
