It’s best you pursue business opportunities from your personal experience. Seek out areas where the odds for success are better than average. That will, for example, throw a light on the unusual problems of going into such as a full-service restaurant business.
I also suggest avoiding a franchise business unless the franchiser is very well known and able to provide on-going business aid.
