Jobs Mobility Ease

              

There are often jobs to be had in a particular trade but not in a specific location. Therefore, job mobility has become an important factor.

                     

It also explains why younger folks are more readily able to adapt to unemployment, once they have necessary skills.

                                        

America has always had a lower unemployment rate than Europe because we have more job mobility than Europeans.
