There are generally three major reasons for such failure.
One:
Many entrepreneurs are poor planners from the start. They often lack an
efficient business plan, to guide them in their financial start-up
planning.
Two:
They lack sufficient funds. Because of poor planning many entrepreneurs
are in the dark about the amount of capital they will need.
