I
have commented before on the complaining of European bigwigs about
their economies and how they pass the blame to others when they ought
to be looking at their own prolifigate post-World War II lifestyles.
Shale
development is another case in point. It has opened up lots of energy
development in the U.S. but is not a factor in most of Europe. Why?
Lack of infrastructure, environmentalism and other government
